Last updated: September 3, 2026. Booking a trip with Pearson Executive Limo means you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.

Rates and what they include

Every trip is a flat rate, confirmed with you before the booking is final. The rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, and live flight tracking on airport trips. Rates are per vehicle, not per passenger.

What is extra

13% HST applies to every fare.
Prearranged airport pickup adds $13 for a sedan or SUV and $24 for a van or stretch limo.
A stop along the way adds $10 to $20 depending on the vehicle.
Waiting at a home or business pickup is $10 for each 15 minutes. There is no wait charge at the airport once your plane has landed.
Meet and greet inside the terminal is an optional $45.
Highway 407 tolls are billed at cost when the route uses them.
Prepaid reservations include a 15% driver gratuity.

Cancellations

Cancel at least 12 hours before pickup and there is no charge. Cancel with less notice and 50% of the fare applies. A no-show is charged in full. Flight delays are not cancellations: tracked pickups move with your plane at no charge.

Your part

Give accurate pickup details and passenger counts, be ready at the confirmed time, and treat the vehicle with care. Damage beyond normal use may be charged. All vehicles are non-smoking.

Our part

Licensed, insured chauffeurs. Clean, late-model vehicles. Honest prices confirmed up front. If we ever fail on any of that, call 416-886-9711 and dispatch will make it right.

Liability

We carry the insurance the law requires for commercial passenger transport in Ontario. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or events beyond our control, though we always plan around them. Belongings left in vehicles are returned when found, but travel with your valuables on you.
