Good to know

Before you call

Have your pickup spot, drop-off spot, and travel date ready. For airport pickups, add your flight number so we can track it. We confirm every booking with a flat rate before the trip, and nothing is charged until you approve it.

Our Brampton base

38 Soccavo Crescent, Brampton, ON L6Y 0W3. Minutes from Toronto Pearson, which is exactly the point. The cars dispatch from here to pickups across the GTA, so you never come to us. We come to you.

Getting through

When to call, when to book online

Call when the trip is soon, complicated, or unusual: a pickup in the next few hours, a five-stop day, fourteen people with skis, or a quote for a city that is not on the rate card. A human answers 416-886-9711 at every hour, and a phone quote takes about a minute. Book online when the trip is standard and you want it done in one pass: the reservation form collects everything dispatch needs, and the flat rate comes back to you for approval. Email suits corporate accounts, receipts, and anything with an attachment. Whichever door you use, the same dispatch desk is on the other side.

Changes, delays, and cancellations

Plans move, and the policy is built for it. Change a pickup time by calling dispatch, day or night. Flight delayed? Do nothing: we track the plane and the pickup moves itself, with no wait charge once you have landed. Need to cancel? Twelve hours of notice costs nothing at all. Less notice than that costs half the fare, and a no-show is charged in full. Those three sentences are the entire policy, and they are the same for a sedan as for the stretch limo.

Corporate accounts

If your office books airport cars more than occasionally, an account saves everyone time. One monthly invoice, priority booking, and a dispatch team that already knows your addresses and preferences. Email info@pearsonexecutivelimo.ca with your company name and typical travel pattern, and we will set it up. There is no fee to open one and no minimum to keep it.

Left something in the car?

Call dispatch as soon as you notice. Every trip is logged to a vehicle and a chauffeur, so found items are easy to trace. We will confirm with the driver and arrange the handback, either at your address on the driver's next pass or at a meeting point that suits you.

Step by step

Booking by phone, in one minute

Here is the whole call. You say where the pickup is and where you are going. Dispatch asks the date, the time, and how many are travelling. You mention the flight number if an airport is involved. Dispatch quotes the flat rate for the vehicle that fits, you say yes, and the booking is made. Sixty seconds, give or take, and most of that is pleasantries. There is no hold music maze and no call-back queue, because the desk is staffed around the clock by people who do exactly this all day and all night.

Emailing us well

Email shines for anything with a paper trail: corporate account setup, group bookings with passenger lists, receipts, and quotes you want in writing. Put the trip basics in the first lines, pickup, drop-off, date, time, and headcount, and the reply comes back with the flat rate stated plainly. Attach nothing sensitive; we never need payment details by email.

Hotels, front desks, and assistants

Booking for a guest, a boss, or a client happens constantly, and the process is built for it. Give us the traveller's name and mobile number so the chauffeur can reach them at the curb, and your own contact for the confirmation and the bill. The traveller gets the ride. You get the receipt. Nobody has to forward anything at midnight.

Special requests

Child seats install on request; tell us the ages. Extra luggage, sports gear, and instruments are fine when we know in advance, and if the load outgrows the car you booked, we upgrade the vehicle rather than play trunk Tetris at the curb. Travelling with a walker or a foldable wheelchair? Say so, and dispatch will match the vehicle so boarding is easy and the aid stows properly. The rule for all of it: mention it at booking and it will simply be handled.

Quotes for places not on the rate card

The published table covers 112 destinations, but the map does not end there. Call with any Ontario address, or one across the border, and dispatch prices it the same way the card was priced: by distance and route, flat, confirmed before you commit. Cottage roads, small towns between listed cities, and one-off long hauls all get real numbers in about a minute. If you can name the address, we can name the price.

Receipts and invoices

Every trip can come with a proper receipt for expenses, showing the flat rate, the HST, and any extras like tolls or the meet and greet, itemized plainly. Corporate accounts skip the per-trip paperwork entirely and get one monthly invoice listing every ride. Ask when you book, or email afterwards, and the paperwork appears.

Before your first booking

New riders usually have the same three doubts, so here they are, answered. Yes, the price is genuinely final: flat rate plus 13% HST, with the extras listed openly on the rates page and nothing invented at the curb. Yes, the car really is assigned to you, with a named chauffeur, not pulled from a nearby pool when you happen to land. And yes, one call is enough: dispatch remembers the details, so the follow-up questions travellers brace for simply never come. The first booking takes a minute. The second usually takes less, because by then you just say the usual.

Still comparing options? Take the rates page with you. Every number is published, so any quote you gather elsewhere can be measured against ours line by line, taxes and extras included.

FAQ

Contact questions

What is the fastest way to book a car?

The phone, every time. Call 416-886-9711, give the pickup, drop-off, time, and headcount, approve the flat rate, and you are done in about a minute.

What should I have ready when I call?

Pickup address, destination, date and time, number of passengers, and the flight number if an airport is involved. With those five, dispatch quotes the flat rate on the spot.

Can I book an airport limo for someone else?

Yes, and people do it constantly: parents for students, assistants for executives, hosts for visiting guests. Give us the traveller's name and number, and yours for the bill.

Do you answer overnight?

Yes. Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. A 3 AM call books exactly like a 3 PM call.

Can I text instead of calling?

The phone line is the reliable channel, and the reservation form is the written one. Between them every booking style is covered, day or night, with a human confirming the flat rate either way.
