What we collect

We collect only what a trip needs: your name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates and times, flight numbers, passenger counts, and any notes you add, such as child seat ages or luggage details. If you call, dispatch records the same details you would type into the form.

How we use it

Your information is used to run your trips and nothing else. That means booking the vehicle, reaching you at the curb, tracking your flight, sending confirmations and receipts, and answering your questions. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with marketers.

Who sees it

The dispatch team and your assigned chauffeur see the details needed to complete your trip. Beyond that, information leaves our hands only when the law requires it or when you ask us to send something on your behalf, such as a receipt to your employer.

Payment details

We never ask for payment details through this website or by email. Payment is arranged with dispatch when you approve your flat rate.

Cookies and analytics

This site works without tracking cookies. If we add basic analytics to count visits, it will measure pages, not people, and this policy will be updated to say so.

Keeping and deleting your information
