Our limo fleet

Pearson Executive Limo runs four classes of vehicle: executive sedans for up to 3 passengers, premium SUVs for up to 7, Sprinter and group vans for up to 14, and stretch limos for up to 12. Every car is black, licensed, insured, and detailed before your trip.

Executive Sedan

The right car for solo flyers and couples, and the workhorse of our car service. Quiet leather cabin, phone chargers, and room for 3 passengers with 3 bags. It is the vehicle most Pearson runs book: discreet at the office, comfortable on the highway, and easy on the budget. If you are travelling light and want the simplest ride to the terminal, start here.

Premium SUV

Room for the whole family and every suitcase. Seats up to 7 passengers with full luggage, which makes it the pick for family vacations, ski trips, golf weekends, and group nights out. Car seats install on request, strollers fit without folding wars, and the cabin still feels executive rather than bus-like. When the sedan is one seat too small, this is the answer.

Sprinter & Group Van

A Sprinter-class van for teams, crews, wedding guests, and group departures. Seats up to 14 passengers with room left for the luggage mountain that comes with them. One vehicle, one pickup time, one flat bill, and everyone lands at the terminal together instead of trickling in from four separate cars. For tournaments, retreats, and cruise connections, nothing else comes close on cost per person.

Stretch Limo

The party arrives in style. Up to 12 passengers ride in wraparound leather under a starlight ceiling, with a lit bar running the length of the cabin. This is the limousine of the photographs: weddings, proms, milestone birthdays, wine tours, and the airport send-off that starts the holiday early. It books by the trip or by the hour, and it turns transportation into part of the event.

Choosing

Which vehicle should you book?

Count heads, then count bags. One to three travellers with normal luggage take the executive sedan, and that covers most airport runs. Four to seven, or three with a mountain of suitcases, step up to the premium SUV. Eight or more take the Sprinter and group van, which moves fourteen people and their luggage in one clean pickup instead of a convoy of cars. And when the trip is the celebration itself, the stretch limo carries up to twelve in wraparound leather with a lit bar. Unsure? Tell dispatch the headcount and the occasion, and they will right-size it in ten seconds. If your luggage will not fit the car you chose, we upgrade the vehicle before pickup rather than surprise you at the curb.

Limo, car service, or airport taxi?

The names blur, so here is the plain version. An airport taxi is metered and unbooked: the price depends on traffic and the car depends on luck. A car service and a limo service are the same thing wearing different suits: a chauffeur assigned to you, a vehicle chosen by you, and a flat price locked before the trip. Every vehicle on this page runs under that flat-rate model. The sedan is the car service of the fleet. The stretch is the limo. The SUV and the van sit happily between the two.

How we keep the cars

Every vehicle is late model, licensed, and insured, and every one is detailed before every trip. Not weekly. Before every trip. Winter tires go on in season, chargers live in every cabin, and child seats are installed on request. Chauffeurs inspect their vehicle before rolling out, so what pulls up at your door is spotless whether it is the daily sedan or the Saturday stretch limo.

FAQ

Fleet questions

How many bags fit in each vehicle?

The sedan takes three large bags, the SUV takes seven, the van swallows a full group load, and the stretch limo has room for the party's overnight bags. Tell us the bag count when booking and we will confirm the fit.

Can I request a specific vehicle for my airport limo?

You book by class: sedan, SUV, van, or stretch. Every vehicle within a class meets the same standard, so the ride quality never depends on the draw.

Are the vehicles non-smoking?

Yes, all of them, without exception. That is part of how the cabins stay showroom fresh for the next traveller.

Do prices change by vehicle only?

By vehicle and by destination. Each city on our rate card has one flat price per vehicle class. The rates page lists all 112 destinations across all four classes.

Can I see the exact rate for my city and vehicle?

Yes, in two clicks. The rates page holds the full table for all 112 destinations, and every city's own page shows its four prices with drive times. No quote form needed for the numbers.

Comfort

Inside the cabins

Leather seating in every class, chargers within reach of every seat, and climate control the passenger sets, not the driver. The sedan cabin is tuned for quiet: calls sound professional and naps survive the highway. The SUV adds a third row and cargo space that swallows a family's month of luggage. The van gives fourteen people actual legroom, not shuttle-bus legroom, with overhead space for carry-ons. And the stretch limo turns the cabin into the destination: wraparound leather, a lit bar with glassware, and the starlight ceiling that makes every prom photo. Water is stocked, cabins are scent-neutral, and every vehicle is non-smoking without exception.

Airport workhorses and occasion cars

The sedan and SUV do the daily airport work, which is why they book by the trip at flat rates to all 112 destinations. The van splits its life between group departures and event shuttling. The stretch is the occasion car, and it books by the trip or by the hour depending on whether the night has a schedule. If your booking mixes both, say a wedding party landing at Pearson and heading to a reception, dispatch will pair vehicles so nobody rides squeezed and nothing rides twice.

The fleet through the seasons

Winter is when a professional fleet earns its keep. Winter tires go on across all four classes before the first snow, chauffeurs pad the schedules when storms roll in, and the car warms up before your door opens, not after. Summer flips the script: cabins are pre-cooled for the July curb, and the van earns its living hauling golf trips and cottage crews up the 400. Spring and fall belong to the weddings and the wine tours, when the stretch limo barely sleeps. Whatever the month, the standard is identical: detailed cabin, planned route, locked price.

And because the fleet spans four sizes, seasonal surprises never strand a booking. If a storm fills the sedan calendar, dispatch can offer the SUV. If a group grows overnight, the van absorbs it. Flexibility is a fleet feature too.
